AssistLine provides an off-site resource center for questions, references to operational and clinical policy/procedures, regulatory issues, forms, and tracking tools, as well as referral recommendations to insurance agents, carrier claims departments, and carrier legal counsel when warranted. A written protocol is provided to all clients that describes how to access the toll-free number and the expected response time.
