Pendulum ticler™
Designed in four modules, Pendulum ticler™ helps administrators and managers track vendor professional liability certificates of insurance (COIs), staff and agency training records and licensing and certifications, and equipment inventory and maintenance. Installing the program from CD is simple and launching the customizable application requires only two clicks of the mouse.
The COI module allows the user to monitor vendor COI information. After installation of the application and minimal data entry, an alert box appears on the user's screen with a reminder note 30 days before a vendor's COI goes out of date.
The Training Record module produces reports by topic in highly litigated areas—elopement, infection control, falls, and abuse. It also allows access to training records by topic and by individual or group. A dated record that staff received training in specific topics is also produced.
The Licenses and Certifications module is handy for managers to know when staff is up for license renewal. Licensures can be entered for RN, LPN, CNA, PA, GNP, LCSW, NHA, and RNC, for example.
The Equipment Maintenance module allows users to keep track of equipment inventory and to schedule dates for maintenance.
